How to Increase Your Nexus 7 Storage with a WiFi Drive

A common critiscm of the Nexus 7 is a lack of expandable storage and although many are happy to use cloud storage or just don’t have a need to carry round Gbs of media with them, others of us would quite like to expand our storage.

In this post we highlight a handy WiFi drive which will make expanding your tablet storage easy. A big thanks to my work colleague Dom who introduced me to Kingston’s Wi-Drive. A portable, wireless drive for your mobile devices, compatible with your Nexus 7 and also with iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android devices, Kindle Fire and more.

Expand your Nexus 7 Storage

The Wi-Drive concept is simple, it’s essentially a networkable WiFi accessible disk drive that you can connect to via an app or through your browser.  The app provides built in functionality to listen to music or view photos, etc.  The drive is small enough to leave in your pocket or bag and your Nexus 7 will be able to access stored data without any additional fuss.
